This Privacy Policy explains what information may be handled when you visit or interact with MT Indicator Hub (the “Site”), why it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we handle
Information you choose to provide
When message delivery is activated, the Contact form may collect your name, email address, inquiry type, and message. If paid membership is introduced, account, access-status, and transaction information may also be processed. Full payment-card details will be handled by the payment provider rather than stored by this Site.
Technical information
Hosting and security providers may process technical request data such as IP address, browser and device details, requested URLs, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the Site.
Information stored in your browser
The Site uses local browser storage to remember display preferences and voluntary interactions such as likes and the rating-interface preview. This information remains on your device unless you clear it.
2. How and why information is used
Information may be used to operate and secure the Site, remember requested preferences, respond to inquiries, provide member access, process transactions, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the clarity and reliability of the service.
Where applicable, processing is based on performance of a requested service or contract, compliance with law, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site, or consent when consent is legally required.
3. Service providers and international processing
The Site is delivered through Cloudflare hosting and security services. Web fonts are currently loaded through Google Fonts. These providers may receive technical request information under their own privacy terms. Payment and member-login providers may be added when VIP Access becomes operational.
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards will be used. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Retention and security
Contact inquiries, once enabled, may be retained for up to 24 months after the inquiry is resolved unless a longer period is necessary for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Transaction records may be kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. Hosting and security logs follow the relevant provider’s retention settings. Browser-stored preferences remain until you remove them.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
5. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may also have applicable rights to know, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Requests can be submitted through the Contact page once message delivery is active. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
7. Children, changes, and contact
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children. This policy may be updated as the Site and its service providers change. The revision date at the top will identify the latest version.
Questions about this policy can be submitted through the Contact page.
