1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is an educational library of MetaTrader indicators, chart tools, setup notes, and related downloads. Content is general information and is not personalized financial advice. The Risk Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.
2. Downloads and third-party rights
A download is provided for personal evaluation and use only unless a different license is included with that file. You must comply with all license notices and applicable laws. You may not sell, repackage, sublicense, or redistribute a file unless the relevant rights holder expressly permits it.
Some files or names may originate from third parties. Their availability does not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property to you or imply that MT Indicator Hub created or endorses every component. Rights holders may use the Contact page to report a concern, and disputed material may be restricted or removed while it is reviewed.
3. Pro Tools and paid access
When VIP Access becomes available, the price, included access, payment terms, refund terms, and any additional conditions shown at checkout will apply to that purchase. Introductory pricing may change for future customers as the reviewed library grows.
Paid access does not guarantee that any tool will achieve a result, remain compatible with every platform build, or remain available indefinitely when legal, security, or technical concerns require removal.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Site, attempt to bypass download or member protections, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, perform abusive automated extraction, impersonate another person, or use the Site in violation of law or third-party rights.
5. Site content and branding
The Site’s original writing, layout, graphics, branding, and compilation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may link to public pages and quote short portions with clear attribution, but you may not copy or reproduce substantial portions of the Site without permission.
6. Availability and changes
The Site, content, categories, files, and features may be corrected, updated, suspended, or removed without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or compatibility with a specific MetaTrader version, broker, device, or operating system.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and its files are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. No warranty is made regarding accuracy, completeness, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or trading results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MT Indicator Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading losses arising from use of the Site or its files. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
