What is Dynamic Order Blocks?

Dynamic Order Blocks chart overview

Dynamic Order Blocks marks potential buying and selling reaction areas on an MT4 chart. Bullish zones are shown in teal below price, while bearish zones appear in red above price. Each box represents an area rather than one exact level.

The zones are based on locations associated with strong prior movement. They provide a structured way to review possible pullback support, rally resistance, and order-flow context without drawing every region manually.

How to use Dynamic Order Blocks

Dynamic Order Blocks practical chart example

In an uptrend, monitor teal zones below price for a controlled pullback. In a downtrend, red zones above price can provide areas to watch for a lower-high reaction. Wait for candles to reject, consolidate, or break through the zone before making a decision.

A zone is not guaranteed to hold. Give more weight to areas that align with the higher-timeframe trend, a prior swing, or another independent level, and define invalidation beyond the region rather than at its first pixel.

Where it helps

Separate demand and supply

Bullish and bearish areas use different colors.

Plan pullbacks

Zones encourage waiting for price instead of chasing an extended move.

Work with price areas

Boxes reflect realistic reaction ranges better than a single exact line.
