What is Trend direction and force index averages Indicator?

Trend Direction and Force Index Averages is an MT5 oscillator that applies several smoothing stages before displaying force as a histogram around zero. Average methods, periods, price source, colors, and upper or lower levels shape the output.
Positive and negative bars provide visual context for changing pressure and flatter periods. The histogram is a measurement aid and does not establish a fixed market direction.
How to Use It in Practice

Read the colored histogram against its zero line, then compare the size and color of each section with the price movement that produced it:
- Compare a positive or negative run with the matching candle sequence instead of reducing the pane to a single color change.
- Use the pre-smoothing, price, average, and force settings to change how the force calculation is displayed.
- Keep peaks, troughs, and flatter sections beside the main chart when reviewing the oscillator's changing magnitude.
Multiple smoothing stages produce a readable force display, zero-line context is clear, and inputs support different visual responses.
